  • Abstract
In 2005, CERN is planning to commission its next accelerator project, the Large Hadron Collider. The project presents unprecedented challenges in the accurate control of currents up to 13 kA. Around 1700 superconducting magnet circuits are deployed in the 27 km circumference tunnel at CERN. A new concept of quasion-line calibration of the currents in the magnet circuits is proposed
