Abstract :
A report is presented on the photovoltaic effect in CdS/Cu2-x S films deposited on trylene threads at temperatures dose to room temperature from using the water solutions of complex-salt compounds. Results demonstrate the feasibility of using this material for photovoltaic applications for electro textiles and wearable electronics applications
