Abstract :
Referees are one of the key elements of the soccer. There are many situations where the referee mistakes affect the game scores. For a successful game management, referees have to be in the right place at the right time with the right point of view. In this paper, the running styles, duration and field usage of the referees during soccer games were analyzed using Global Positioning System (GPS) data and signal processing techniques.
