Abstract
Electromagnetics and optics knowledge yielded technologies in the early 1800s in terms of electric machinery, telegraphy, and optics. In 1864, James Clerk Maxwell completed the electromagnetic equations, now called Maxwell´s equations. They helped bridge the gap between optics and electromagnetics. Since then, Maxwell´s equations have undoubtedly profound impact on many modern science and technologies.
