The 2011 IEEE Joseph F. Keithley Award in Instrumentation and Measurement recipient is Reza Zoughi, Missouri University of Science & Technology, USA For contributions to microwave and millimeter wave measurement techniques for nondestructive testing and evaluation. Dr. Zoughi??s work during the past two decades in expanding the utility of microwave and millimeter wave inspection techniques has brought significant recognition to the field of Nondestructive Testing and Evaluation (NDT&E). The IEEE Joseph F. Keithley Award in Instrumentation & Measurement was established in 2001. It replaced the IEEE Morris E. Leeds Award. Recipient selection is administered by the Technical Field Awards Council of the IEEE Awards Board.
