Abstract :
A method of using time multiplex to provide a continuous wave navigational aid is discussed theoretically. The practicability of the system has been demonstrated by the construction and experimental use of low-power equipment. The use of the scheme for various navigational problems is discussed and the present programme of development is outlined.
