Abstract :
A monolithically integrated photonic emitter using a uniplanar Yagi-Uda antenna is presented. By integrating a uni-travelling-carrier photodiode with the antenna, an emission of millimetre-wave signals with a power of 0.1 mW at the frequency of 120 GHz has been demonstrated experimentally
