Corrections to “Full wave simulation of an electrostatic discharge generator discharging in air discharge mode into a product” [Feb 11 28-37]

Summary form only given, as follows. In the above-named work the authors proposed a full wave simulation method to model the air discharge mode of an electrostatic discharge (ESD) generator discharging into a product. Several small corrections should be made. First, in Fig. 3, the legend "Spice model in Fig. 2" should be changed to "Spice model in Fig. 4." Second, in Fig. 10, the dotted line in the legend should be read "Z11 of the ESD generator above a large GND plane"; the solid line in the legend should be read: gives "Z11 of the ESD generator with MP3 player." Third, Fig. 12??s title should be "Comparison of the port voltage in the SPICE model and CST model of Case 2." Finally, in the last paragraph of the left column in page 30, "the 110-pF capacitor" should be "the 150-pF capacitor." So the C1 value in the Spice of Fig. 4 is "150-pF."
