Abstract :
The good results obtained by the samples produced at AIST can be further improved by optimizing surface and thickness, in order to be able to measure the intrinsic behavior of the products in the spherical, higher resolution, resonator. Future tests will revolve around this issue, to obtain a more precise assessment of the performances of mono-crystalline diamonds.
