Abstract :
In this letter we examine the application of space-time block codes (STBC) to offset QPSK (OQPSK). We present the maximum-likelihood (ML) decoder for STBC-OQPSK as well as a simplified decoder. We show through analysis and simulation that the simplified decoder matches the performance of the ML decoder.
