Abstract :
Automatic emotion classification from text based conversations is relatively novel and difficult natural language processing task. General approaches evaluate the conversations as plain text and do not consider the temporal flow through the dialogs. In this paper, we propose a classification method which combines state of the art natural language processing approaches with dialog act modeling.
