Abstract :
This paper describes the composition of wave power generating system with water valve rectifier and presents the results of experimental test for practical use which has been carrying out at Haramachi site since 1996. It is confirmed that electric power is generated under both surf and backwash conditions by rectifying the alternative air flow through the water valve. A maximum output power of over 130 kW is obtained
