Rockwell Collins, a world leader in the design, production, and support of communications and aviation electronics solutions for commercial and government customers, recently funded a benchmarking study. The study aimed to improve the ability of Rockwell Collins´ applications development department to deliver software solutions to its internal customers. The deliverables from this study included current performance, recommendations for improvement, and a database containing the department´s historical project performance
