IBM??s announcement of plans to open service oriented architecture (SOA) `Leadership Centres?? in Dubai and La Gaude, France, is a further sign that the globalisation of SOA is gathering pace. The centres are aimed to provide informed assistance to Big Blue??s customers, business partners and university students.
