A career is the summation of our experiences — in life, in school, and in various jobs. If we plan our careers, i.e., maintain some control over decisions to be made in these areas, our chances for a “successful” career are enhanced. Furthermore, the sooner we start on career planning, the better the chances are that we will be happy with the results.
