Abstract
Based on surface spin wave propagation in a layered structure containing ferrite and ferroelectric materials. Operating characteristics of the phase shifter are investigated theoretically. It is shown that waveguiding elements from planar layered ferrite-ferroelectric structures allow the construction of compact devices with high electrical tunability achieving 10°/V
