Abstract
Viruses and bacteria which are the source of different form of diseases were investigated for biosensor construction by applying Surface Reflection (SR) and Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) technique. The detection mechanism for classification and identification of biological agents were proposed in this article. Furthermore, the nanosensor´s structure based on graphene layer is suggested for viruses, bacteria, proteins, and nucleic acids detection.
