            Abstract : 
Proposed is a methodology to evaluate bus selection for synchronous machine-based distributed generators considering their first swing stability. The notion of trajectory sensitivity is used to define a stability index that ranks the distribution system buses subsequent to a set of credible contingencies. The proposed methodology is verified using a radial test feeder.
