Sincere thanks and appreciation go to these ten outstanding Branch Counselors and Advisors. Their contributions are representative of over 600 Branch Counselors and Advisors who provide guidance and assistance beyond the call of duty to IEEE Student members. Each winner received a $500 check, as well as a certificate, donated jointly by the Regional Activities Board and the Technical Activities Board of IEEE.
