Abstract :
With the rapid advances in science these days, there is much newfound information that can and should be passed on to the layman. Judging by much of what is written for non-technical audiences these days, we of a non-scientific background are faced with two rather unappealing alternatives: complete ignorance or an attempted reading of subject matter that results in a chin dive into the linguini.
