CSIT meeting highlights

A meeting of the Committee on the Social Implications of Technology was convened at Columbia University in New York City on September 13, 1980. Attendees were: Stephen Unger (chairman), Norman Balabanian, Carl Barus, Daniel Berger, R. J. Bogumil, David Cook, Irwin Feerst, Victor Klig, Richard Koch, Frank Kotasek, Richard Labonski, Lester Nagel, Gerald Rabow, Susan Thomas, William Underwood, Donald Wilson, Esmi Bidstrup (IEEE Staff), and Mona Reisman (IEEE Staff). The following is a summary of the meeting minutes.
