Abstract :
Superconducting generator (SC generator) has a multi-damper circuit which protects the quench of superconducting wires from power system disturbance caused by lightning on transmission lines. In this paper, a new equivalent circuit is developed and the constants of a SC generator are calculated by 3-D electromagnetic field analysis
