Abstract
We developed a practical method to obtain impedance of induction heating structure of rice cookers. It is based on axisymmetric analysis using the interpolation method, and we focused on the relation between the volume of the core structure and the coil impedance. We can obtain accurate results for short computational time compared with 3-D analysis. Since the discrepancy between the experimental results and the simulation results is less than 8%, we successfully applied this method to impedance analysis of the induction heating structure of rice cookers
