Abstract :
In the above-named letter [ibid., vol. 21, no. 11, pp. 601??603, Nov. 2011], the authors presented a Gysel divider with arbitrary power division ratio and termination impedances. In this letter, it is shown that for a dual-band Gysel power divider with arbitrary power division ratio and termination impedances can be derived as a special case of the dual-band Gysel power divider proposed by Z. Sun, et al., "Design of unequal dualband Gysel power divider with arbitrary termination resistance," IEEE Trans. Microw. Theory Tech, vol. 59, no. 8, pp. 1955??1962, Aug. 2011. A more generalized result is presented with more potential for the arbitrary power division ratio and termination impedances.
