Abstract :
Concerns over process disruptions in sensitive load centers, such as semiconductor processing plants, caused by short duration electrical disturbances have prompted the development of power line conditioners to supply high quality electric power. Recently, a PWM power converter, suitable for three-phase power line conditioning was presented. This paper presents the development of a control strategy for the application of the PWM power converter for power conditioning, along with simulation results verifying the performance of the power conditioner under supply disturbances such as voltage sags, swells and other disturbances
