            Abstract : 
A method of nonlinear least squares to estimate the Cole-Cole impedance parameters (Ro, R∞, α, C) from collected time-domain step response datasets is reported. Experimentally estimated parameters from fruit tissue step responses are given and compared with numerical simulations of the acquired model.
