Abstract :
Richard Aseltine has joined IEEE´s Field Services staff in New York as Manager, Student Services. In this capacity, he is responsible for all aspects of programs and services for the Institute´s 25 000 Student members in 440 Student Branches at educational institutions throughout the world.
