Abstract :
This 1024- by 1-bit static MOS RAM is directly competitive at 45 ns with bipolar products, yet is priced at $6.20 for the plastic model S4015–3 static RAM. According to the manufacturer, this price is 36 percent lower than the bipolar Fairchild 93415/25 and 10 percent lower than the Intel 2115/25 NMOS RAMs.
