News from the regions

The IEEE Houston Section will be in charge of the technical program for the 1978 Southwest Electrical Exposition and IEEE Conference, February 7–9. The event, which will be held at the Albert Thomas Convention Center in Houston, Tex., will mark the first official participation by the Institute in the biennial exposition. The IEEE conference will be chaired by Roland L. Hurter of Gould, Inc. The general chairman is Steve A. Bilby, Jr., president of the Houston Electrical League.
