Abstract
The authors describe the application of the FREDA (field reporting data) system, which was developed to manage quality data from the field. FREDA provides a methodology for data analysis and a tool for feedback activities that lead to final quality improvement. The application of FREDA to the LINEA-UT digital switching system is presented
