Abstract :
The architecture and circuit design of microwave differential difference amplifier (DDA) are considered. The basic equations that simplify the calculation of the parameters of analog devices based on DDA are given. The properties of the basic connection circuits of DDA taking into account the loop gain are considered. The transmission coefficients and the input resistances of these circuits at identical and non-identical conductivities of input voltage - current converters and different feedback resistances are defined. Single DDA allows without feedback resistors to provide a high input impedance and wide range of identical characteristics for inverting and noninverting connections, as well as different transmission coefficients are shown. The simulation results of inverting and noninverting amplifiers based on the microwave DDA with operating at frequency range 5-15 GHz are given.
