Abstract :
The article describes the a program complex which allows to analyze the optical properties of an inhomogeneous mediums with inclusions in the form of ellipsoids. Permittivity of the mixture is calculated by the models of Maxwell-Garnett and Bruggeman. The paper presents the structure and basic functionality of software.
