Abstract
Quasi-amorphous potassium polytitanates represent a new type of chemical compounds described by formula K2o·nTiO2·mH2O and are characterized by high specific surface. These materials are very promising as active materials in gas sensors. In this work, we studied the potassium polytitanates placed over SiO2/Si/SiO2 substrate equipped with multiple coplanar electrodes for the electrical response under various gases in mixture with air by impedance spectrometry.
