Abstract :
On the basis of theoretical and pilot studies of process of microwave heat treatment of organic dielectric materials with high heterogeneity of structure, structure and electrophysical properties like forcemeat´s of compositions with flour addition chick-pea the criterial equation of heat treatment of products and the dependences defining its communication with key parameters of process of microwave processing are received. Frequency and specific power the microwave radiations providing uniform thermal impact on a product on depth are determined.
