A Motive to Protect [Memoirs]

When I began working on an electric arc test method in late 1994, DuPont had a job they needed me to do, so I just started working on it. I was not thinking about why I should work on this project. I was assigned a job, and I was receiving a paycheck, and, of course, I tried to do the best I could. It certainly didn´t hurt that I was a borderline pyromaniac and tended to love working on tests when fire was involved.
