Abstract
A method for detecting an voltage distribution among vacuum interrupters in series in a circuit breaker performing operation. It was shown that voltage distribution is dependent on the type and value of breaker output load. The method in question is shown to be instrumental for evaluation of the shunt capacitors used to achieve a more even voltage distribution among vacuum interrupters in series.
