  • Abstract
    Shows the structure of the linear encoder based on the optical medium VOx. Shows the topology temperature sensing elements based on VOx. with electrodes and optical emitter based LED, coupled with the Fauconnier. The sensor is designed to measure linear displacements of bulky objects.
