Abstract
Antenna consisting of a metal and a slot radiator, whose characteristics are similar to those of volume self-complementary antennas, is considered. It is shown that the placement of the antenna on the sides of a lying pyramid (instead of a surface of rotation) permits to simplify its design. The method of its analysis is described. The results of calculation and measurements of the electrical characteristics are presented. Recommendations for improving matching are given.
