  • Abstract
    First of all, I am happy to report that two new Chapters have recently been established: one is the IEEE Rochester AP/MTT Joint Chapter, led by Dr. Gregory Pettis; and the other is the IEEE Chengdu AP/EMC Joint Chapter, with Prof. Joshua Le-Wei Li as its founding Chapter Chair. I am sure that our members will be better served by establishing more Chapters. In case some of our members would like to form a new AP-S Chapter, I provide the following Web site where relevant information, including the petition form, can be found: http://www.ieee.org/about/volunteers/tab/creating_a_chapter. html.
