    The Tomsk AP/ED/MTT/COM/EMC Chapter and two Student Branches jointly organized the biannual International Siberian Conference on Control and Communications SIBCON-2011. The Russian Foundation for Basic Research sponsored this conference, with IEEE technical co-sponsor-ship. The Siberian Federal University with the Institute of Engineering Physics and Mezon R&D provided valuable support.
