            Abstract : 
A new property of dielectrics in mixtures which is non-interactive and distributive has been defined. The Taylor expansion of this new property and subsequent use of the Pade approximation has generated the parametric expression for the new property which has been used to develop a dielectric mixture model that works better than some alternatives
