            Abstract :
An LC-tuned differential current controlled oscillator (CCO) with a centre frequency of 43 GHz and a tuning range of 1 GHz is reported. The phase noise is -90 to -100 dBc at 1 MHz offset and the output power is -3.5 to -9.5 dBm at 50 Ω. The phase difference of the output signals was measured to be 180°. A second type of oscillator had a centre frequency of 67 GHz. To date, these two oscillators have the highest frequencies yet reported for differential current or voltage controlled oscillators
