Abstract :
Ballots were e-mailed and/or postal mailed 31 May 2012 to all Higher Grade IEEE Communications Society Members and Affiliates (excluding Students) whose memberships were effective prior to 1 May 2012. One must have an e-ballot or paper ballot before one can vote. To cast a ballot electronically voters will need their IEEE Account username/password.
