Abstract :
A new fast optical time-spreading/frequency hopping differential code division multiple access system with prime/optical orthogonal codes is proposed. The performance of a multiple Bragg grating fiber is analyzed. By assigning two orthogonal codes for one user and using these two codes to encode "1" and "0," respectively, differential detection can be adopted.
