Abstract :
A novel class AB current-mode output stage is presented. The circuit adopts an active-bootstrapped technique which allows low voltage operation. Moreover, high transfer accuracy and an extremely high output resistance are also achieved without compromising the frequency response. The excellent performance of the circuit is confirmed by simulations using a 0.8 μm CMOS technology
