Abstract :
The element gain pattern for finite phased arrays of dual-polarized crossed V-dipole antennas over ground plane is addressed. The method of moments is used to predict the center-element gain pattern. An experimental, 19-element, passively terminated planar array is described, and center-element gain pattern measurements are presented. The theoretical results are in good agreement with measurements
