The book??s concept originated during biannual industrial/Ph.D. courses organized in Aalborg University, Institute of Energy Technology. These courses started in 2005 and lasted until the end of 2010. The book consists of twelve chapters that cover some of the following topics: PV inverter structures; grid requirements for PV; grid synchronization; islanding detection; grid converter structures; grid synchronization; grid filter design; and grid current control.
