Abstract :
Extremely abrupt and highly sensitive all-optical inverter characteristics were brought about in a fairly simple manner with a modelocked laser diode of dual optical modes employed. In addition to the excellent static characteristics, a 155 Mbit/s inverter action was confirmed in a preliminary dynamic experiment
