Abstract :
Time continuous filter circuits using OTA-C or MOSFET-C structures are being reported frequently for various applications. The main issue is dynamic range because of the confined signal level handling capability of the basic differential pair. A linear OTA is presented using the MOS transistor square law characteristic.
