Abstract :
Theoretically and experimentally radiofrequency identification system on surface acoustic waves in the 6 GHz band was studied. The SAW tag calculations take into account the finite thickness of the electrodes, difference the acoustic properties of a thin film of aluminum, bulk scattering and energy dissipation of SAW during reflection from the electrodes. Calculated test tag was made using electron beam lithography. The losses of code pulses of 50-55 dB were received. Moreover, the results of theoretical modeling of integral antenna were discussed and optimal antenna´s parameters matched with SAW interdigital transducer were given.
